How to get Shredded Fast

If you have been looking for a way to get shredded fast then this article is for you. Here I will give you 3 tips on how you can increase your muscle definition and build a leaner body.

1. Lower your rest between sets.
Most people who are lifting weights like to use a rest period of 1-3 minutes between each set. This is ok if you are trying to build size and power as most weight lifters are but if you have to develop a very lean body you should lower the rest time to 30 secs-1 minute. This speeds up your metabolism and helps to melt away the extra fat that is sorted on your body.

2. Change your diet.

If you want to get shredded fast one thing that will have the biggest affect will be your diet. When you are trying to gain muscle mass and size you should be eating lots of foods that are high in protein and carbs. However if you are trying to gain muscle definition you should eats plenty of "rabbit food". This just means foods that are low in fat and calories. Another easy way to do this is to replace most of your beef intake with chicken and fish. This is what lots of professional body builders do in the cutting phase.

3. Preform HIIT cardio.

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This type of training requires you to preform a certain exercise such as high knees for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds then do 20 more seconds of high knees. This type of cardio burns lots more fat than regular cardio such as jogging non stop for 30 minutes. HIIT should contain multiple different exercises and be done for a total of 20 minutes.
